OUR PROCESS
PHONE CALL
As a first step, we arrange an introductory phone call to understand your expectations, property requirements and what you want to achieve and why. This information helps us prepare for your initial consultation to ensure you get the most out of our meeting. We suggest putting 15 - 20 minutes aside for this call.

MEETING
The second step is to book a face to face meeting. Here we will elaborate on your property requirements, market challenges and provide a thorough explanation of our service, client case studies and fees. An individual strategy will be applied and we clearly outline how we will add value. This meeting is obligation free and typically runs for 45-60 minutes.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
Once we identify if there is a fit to work together, we will send a proposal, followed by a service agreement. This outlines time frame, the conditions of service and any specific details for your property purchase. All information remains confidential and does not get shared with any third parties unless agreed upon.

FEES
Fees will vary depending on the type of service required, complexity of your brief, time frame and budget. Fees are typically discussed during our meeting once we have a complete understanding of your requirements and how we can best add value. There are no hidden costs as these are all outlined in advance.
