The clients were a corporate couple who owned a number of interstate investment properties. This was their first purchase in Sydney which would serve as a future family home. They engaged our services due to busy schedules and their inexperience with Sydney prices. We accessed a number of off market properties but in the end negotiated on a property pre-auction for approximately $70,000 below market value.
