The clients were a young first home buyer couple who had been looking unsuccessfully for over 1 year.
They had very specific requirements and would only consider Art Deco blocks which had parking and within a certain proximity to the beach. The budget of $1.1m was extremely tight as stock was low and most properties were selling for a premium.
We secured a 2 bedroom Art Deco apartment with a courtyard, garage and extra car space for below their budget and pre-auction.
