The clients were a corporate family with 2 small children.

Currently living in the Eastern Suburbs, their plan was to move to Summer Hill for the local public school and be close to family.

The brief was specific with only one suburb of consideration which is highly desirable and incredibly low turn over. Their concern was not being able to find a suitable property and having to compete against every other family home buyer.

We secured this property off market. It was tenanted with the vendor living overseas, wanting a quick sale due to foreign tax implications. We negotiated a price $50,000 - $100,000 below market value.
