The clients were a young couple who owned a number of investment properties. This would be their first home with the view to hold long term so they could start a family.

Stock levels in Leichhardt were down 30-40%. Prior to engaging our service, the clients pursued a number of properties, all which sold at auction. They weren't seeing any off market property nor were they able to engage in any pre-auction negotiations. 

We secured this property exclusively off market for $300,000 below their overall budget. The property was tenanted with one vendor living overseas.
