This was the 2nd time representing this client.

The first was for the purchase of their family home and now an investment property as advised by their financial planner. Both were off market purchases.

Remaining local was key as the property would service as a future home for their son. The objective was to purchase something immediately suitable for a tenant and something you could also add value to over time.

In future, they would obtain a DA for a 2nd storey addition and parking via the real lane.
