The clients were a young family of 3 who recently moved back from America and renting locally. They kept an eye on the market for some time and noticed prices were starting to rise very quickly since the election.

The plan was to move back to America for another year but purchase an investment property which would eventually become their family home upon return.

They were first home buyers and naturally very unsure of the whole process. They didn't know where to start and how to manoeuvre through all of the unknowns such as under quoting and limited market experience with property valuations and negotiation.

We got access to this property before the first open house and bought it on the Monday directly after.
