This was a repeat client who was looking to expand the portfolio. Centennial Park was where the first asset was secured, whilst Marrickville was targeted for the second and third. We identified two apartments side by side in a boutique development over looking a park. The roof space was on title (not common property) which would allow for a second storey addition in future. All three purchases were off market.
